Dean Bedford / Founder & President
Dean was born on February 7th 1966 in Washington, D.C. He has founded and headquartered PLANet Systems Group in Charlottesville, Virginia back in 1997.
As a peer-review and programming expert with over 20 years of professional experience, Dean has played a significant role in scholarly publishing, being actively involved in this industry right from the very dawn of the online peer-review technology. He graduated from the University of Virginia in 1989, with a degree in history. Dean also serves as a member on the board of directors of the Thomas Jefferson Institute of International Policy. He is an avid runner who competes in half and full marathons in North America and Europe. Dean is married to Martina and they have two daughters, Eva Lily & Karolina. |

Vladimir Dukic / Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Vladimir was born in Novi Sad, Serbia on December 8th 1972. He has graduated from the school of Traffic & Transportation Engineering in Novi Sad. He founded Technology Without Borders with his brother Mladen and Dean Bedford. He is married, with one son (Misa).
Vladimir has rich Management and Web Development experience. He was previously employed by Video Byte (Novi Sad, Serbia), Auto-Tehnika (Novi Sad, Serbia), Globopolis.com (Prague, Czech Republic), In Your Pocket (Prague, Czech Republic). Vladimir's determination and commitment to education make him the driving force of our Serbian operations. His skills include 10 years of Web Development and Design and rich management experience. Vladimir is fluent in Serbian and English. |

Mladen Dukic / Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Mladen was born in Novi Sad, Serbia on January 27th 1971. Mladen graduated from the school of Electrical Engineering and later completed many programming courses in Serbia, Czech Republic and Denmark. Mladen is married, with two children (Isidora & Relja).
Mladen has 10 years of management experience as a Team Leader and 8 years of programing experience. He was previously employed by Gutenberg & Byte (Sr. Karlovci, Serbia - 7 years), Globopolis.com (Prague, Czech Republic - 2 years), Contactel (Prague, Czech Republic - 2 years). He possesses a wide range of programming skills (PL/SQL, PHP, ColdFusion) and rich experience in Databases. He is fluent in Serbian, English and Czech and speaks basic German. |

Dragan Predojevic / Creative Director
Dragan was born on March 12th 1972 in Novi Sad. He holds a B.A. from the Department of sculpture, Academy of Arts at the University of Novi Sad, where he finished his graduate studies in the class of professor Borislava Nedeljkovic-Prodanovic.
He had worked as an Assistant professor at the Department of New Media for 4 years, prior to joining the PLANet Systems Group Team in 2005. Dragan is fluent in Serbian and English. |

Marina Medic / Marketing & Sales Manager
Marina was born on August 1st 1976. She graduated from Belgrade University and holds a B.A. in Japanese Language and Literature from the Faculty of Philology, Department of Oriental Studies. For the past 12 years she has actively worked as a translator. She is married, with two sons (Danilo and Djordje).
Prior to joining the PLANet Systems Group Team in July 2007, she was employed by Marketing Studio Palmer & Swan that later grew to become PROTOCOL Communications from Novi Sad, Serbia (between 2002 and 2007). Marina is fluent in Serbian, English and Japanese and speaks basic Italian. |

Ivanka Jevic Ajcev / Client Manager
Ivanka was born in Kikinda on January 14th 1976. She finished Grammar School in Kikinda and studied at the Faculty of Philosophy, Department of Literature and Serbian Language. She is married, with one son, Ilija.
Prior to joining the PSG family in November 2010, Ivanka worked as a journalist and radio host at a popular local radio station “Radio 021” for ten years, where she also held the position of Deputy Editor-in-Chief. She also worked as an event manager at Radio café, organizing public debates, musical events, book promotions etc. She is fluent in Serbian and English and speaks basic German. |

Tibor Stefan / Web Developer - Main PHP Programmer
Tibor was born on April 1st 1972 in Novi Sad, Serbia. Immediately after finishing high school (Electrical Engineering) he enrolled the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad, where he successfully graduated at the Department of Mechanics. He is married, with one son (Matej).
For a short time he was employed in industry. After that he got a job as a teacher of computing, while at the same time he was selling and servicing computers. Finally, from 2004, he is a proud member of the PSG Danube Development Team. He excels at XHTML, PHP/MySQL, AJAX and Macromedia Flash, and he also has great knowledge of hardware. He is fluent in Serbian, Hungarian and English. |

Veselko Pesut / FileMaker and PHP Programmer
Born on April 18th 1972 in Novi Sad, Serbia. After finishing high school (Electrical Engineering), he attended studies (10 semesters) on Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad at the Department of Mechanical Engineering. He is married, with two children (Milica & Jovan).
He has great experience in teaching Windows OS, Microsoft Office (to over 2000 people). He has joined the PSG Danube Development Team in 2004. He has been working as a FileMaker developer since the release of the FileMaker Pro version 5 and has also worked as a web developer using PHP/MySQL. Veselko is fluent in Serbian and English. |

Kristian Beres / PHP Programmer
Kristian was born on January 22nd 1981 in Novi Sad, Serbia. Immediately after finishing high school (Landscape Architecture) he enrolled at the Technical University “Mihajlo Pupin”, in Zrenjanin, where he successfully graduated at the Department of Computer Engineering.
He excels at PHP/MySQL, AJAX/JavaScript, XHTML and Flash. Kristian is fluent in Serbian, English and Romanian. |

Dusko Dobranic / Mobile Applications Developer
Dusko was born on October 28th 1974 in Novi Sad, Serbia. After finishing Gimnasium "Jovan Jovanovic Zmaj", he attended studies on Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad at the Department of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering. Dusko is happily married, with one daugter (Eleonora).
He has experience in operating systems administration(Linux, Windows, Mac OS X) and embedded/mobile platforms development. Dusko speaks Serbian and English and has basic knowledge of Hungarian, German and Slovak. |

Srdjan Sekulic / Technology and Application Development Manager
Born on March 29th 1972. Upon finishing high school as a Mathematical-programming technician in 1991, he attended the Faculty of Natural Sciences in Novi Sad where he earned his BA in Tourism at the Department of Geography in 1997.
Prior to joining the PSG Danube Development Team he worked in travel business as a Sales and Commercial Manager for over eight years. Srdjan is a Certified Crystal Reports Developer. He also has extensive Cognos Reports development experience. Srdjan is fluent in Serbian and English. |

Jovan Babin / Senior Java Developer
Jovan was born on December 30th 1970 in Novi Sad. After finishing Business school in Department of Computer Science, he started to work in insurance company.
He has experience in development of multiplatform (Windows and Linux), Web, Client/Server and n-tier distributed applications. In June 2005, he graduated on Faculty of Management as IT manager. Jovan is fluent in Serbian and English. |

Jovan Uveric / Java Developer
Born on December 2nd 1980. Upon finishing Valjevo Gymnasium as a Mathematical technician in 1999, he attended the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Belgrade where he earned his BSc in Electrical Engineering at the Department of Computer Science in 2008.
Prior to joining the PSG Danube Development Team he worked as a software developer for "ASW Engineering" Company in Belgrade. He is also a former professional handball player. Jovan is fluent in Serbian and English. |

Vladimir was born in Novi Sad on June 16th, 1978. Upon graduating from Jovan Jovanovic Zmaj High school (mathematical-programming class), he attended the Faculty of Mathematics in Novi Sad where he earned his BS in informatics in 2004.
He has experience in web development (Java and php frameworks) and software testing. Vladimir is fluent in Serbian and English. |

Aleksandar Zoric / Java Developer
Aleksandar was born on July 27th 1984 in Sombor, Serbia. After finishing Grammar school (Natural Science department) he successfully graduated on the Facility of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad and earned degree of Master in Electronic and Computer Engineering in 2009.
Prior to joining the PSG family in January 2011, he worked as inter and later as employed in Micronas Nit from Novi Sad. He worked in Advanced Research department as software developer. Now he enjoys web-development. He excels at Ruby on Rails / MySQL / PHP , Javascript / AJAX and has very good experience in C/C++ programming. Aleksandar is fluent in English and Serbian, and speaks basic German. |

Sanja Skevin / Java Developer
Sanja was born in Doboj, Bosnia and Herzegovina, on December 28th, 1969. She graduated on Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Department of Computer Science, Nis in 1994.
Prior to joining the PSG family in January 2011, Sanja worked as lead software developer in Zastava Kragujevac, software developer in Navigator Novi Sad, and as a software developer and consultant at M&I Systems Co. She has MCAD certificate (Microsoft Certified Application Developer) and has a lot experience in Microsoft technologies, as well as on IBM platform and Java and C# programming. She also has experience in MS SQL, Postgre SQL and IBM DB2. Sanja is fluent in Serbian and English and speaks basic Italian. |

Ivan Matavulj / Java Developer
Ivan was born in Novi Sad, Serbia, on December 26th 1977. He graduated from the School of Business Administration (FON), Dept. of Information Systems, University of Belgrade.

Djordje was born in Belgrade, Serbia on December 2, 1983. He worked for a National Broadcasting Company on the news portal for four years. He is married and expecting a child.

Dolores was born on February 4th 1987 in Rijeka, Croatia. In 2007 she graduated from the University of Adelaide, with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Corporate Finance and Management.
From 2006 till 2008 Dolores was employed as a clerical assistant at The Jewellery Group, and in 2007 she was one of a few chosen to participate in a placement program through Chartered Practicing Accountants (CPA), where she got the opportunity to get firsthand experience as an assistant accountant. Jelena was born on October 11th 1986 in Pozarevac, Serbia. She holds MA in Psychology from the University of Novi Sad, Faculty of Philosophy, Department of Psychology. During her studies, she has been doing the research in Cognitive psychology and she took part at the numerous domestic and international conferences.
From October 2010 she is an associate at TIM Centre for Research and Education. Jelena is fluent in Serbian and English. |

Samir was born in Brcko on November 18th 1965. He finished Grammar School in Brcko, studied at the Novi Sad Faculty of Philosophy Department of Serbo-Croat Language and Yugoslav Literature and Samuel Becket Drama and Theater School, Trinity College Dublin, Ireland. He is married, with two children.
Prior to joining the PSG family in June 2011, Samir worked as a hostel manager in Dublin for 2 years. He also worked at Millward Brown IMS-Dublin, Marketing and Advertisement Department, for 11 years. Prior to that Samir worked for 3 years at Department of Justice, Refugee Agency, Ireland. He is fluent in Serbian and English and speaks basic German. |

Aleksandar Ruzanovic / Peer Review Analyst
Aleksandar was born in Majdanpek, Serbia on June 23rd 1971. He studied at the Faculty of Natural Sciences in Novi Sad, Department of Physics. He is married.
Prior to joining PSG Family he worked in different areas of prepress, printing industry and computer maintenace. He owned family business for honey-based products. Aleksandar is fluent in Serbian and English and has basic knowledge of Russian. |

Ivana Cvejin was born on April 17th 1984 in Zrenjanin, Serbia. She is currently finishing studies at the Faculty of Philology, Department of Iberian studies in Belgrade where she enrolled after graduating from Zrenjanin Gymnasium.

Marijana was born on January 15th 1980. in Novi Sad. She graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy and holds a BA in French Language and Literature.
She completed an advanced French language course in an educational institution “L’Etoile”, Paris, France. From 2002 till 2005 she participated in four volunteer work camps in France. She is married. Prior to joining PSG, she was employed as an assistant director at Norway House LTD. Since 2005 she has worked as a part-time translator at “Color Press Group” Publishing Company, simultaneous translator and freelance translator on different projects. She also translated two books. Jelena was born on April 6th 1984 in Novi Sad, Serbia. She graduated from the English Language and Literature Department, translators' track. Since 2006 she has been working as a free lance translator. Since 2000 she is engaged in various non-government projects as a volunteer, translator, and a coordinator.
