PLANet Flight Tracker is a database application made up of many different tables ranging from Customer related tables such as Contact, Company, Activity and Notes, to Flight Operations specific tables such as Aircraft, Airport and Flight Operations, fully customized for the Flight Operations / FBO vertical market. This customized edition also contains all of the standard Tables and functionalities of the Base PLANet Contact CRM application.


We have many success stories at PLANet Systems Group, and one of our best comes from a challenge proposed to us in 2001.  Our client, a US based company coordinating and managing the ground handling operations for private jet flights into Eastern Europe, Russia and the CIS states.

At the time their management system was based on Excel Spreadsheets and some very talented and determined employees to keep track of each and every flight operation.

After reviewing their data management systems and work flows, we developed project requirements for an Enterprise application which affords the scheduling of flights by US based team members, servicing and billing of flight by ground crew at each airport, and then final billing to the aircraft operator via a US based Oracle accounting solution.

Our flagship application, the web-based PLANet Contact CRM served as the foundation from which added Flight Operation specific tables, such as aircrafts, airports and flight scheduling on top of the PLANet Contact CRM tables, and PLANet Flight Tracker was born.

PLANet Flight Tracker has afforded FERAS to continue its growth through the past decade with operational capabilities at the more and more airports every year.
