PLANet Service Center SC

Service Center (PLANet Service Center SC) is our own Customer Care platform, built on years of experience in working with our clients.

Through Service Center any of the PSG application users can ask questions, send a new development request, upgrade suggestions, or anything else they want to inform us about.

The Service Center Request comes directly to our PLANet Service Center SC database where it alerts appropriate Project Manager. Project Manger reacts ASAP and assigns the new development task or enquiry to one or more appropriate PLANet staff members. All actions taken by the Customer Care Agent, Project Manager, Developers or anyone else involved are recorded in a case log. Everyone involved are promptly informed about any changes in the status of such development task or enquiry by automatic emails. Clients can log in to the PLANet Service Center SC Front Desk and check the status of their cases or communicate directly with the Customer Care agents at any time. When the case is closed it becomes part of the PLANet Service Center SC Knowledge Base, indexed and referenced, ready to be retrieved or reused if such need occurs in the future.
